Homage to the martyr’s of terrorist attack on CRPF convoy at Pulwama Faculty members, students and administrative staff of SJCHS paid homage to the martyr’s of terrorist attack on CRPF convoy at Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir on 18th February, 2019.Students took initiative to mark the solemn occasion with silence and lit candles remembering the 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) paramilitary soldiers, who were killed in one of the deadliest terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14, 2019.

Graduation Ceremony 2019

Graduation Ceremony 2019 St. John Technical Institutes celebrated their 8th Annual Graduation Day on 9th February 2019 for the students who completed their graduation course in the academic year 2017-2018. It was a very proud moment for the Management to award Degree Certificates to 433 graduates who successfully completed their professional graduation course in the academic year 2018. Rev. Fr. Colbert da Silva, Director, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, presided over the ceremony. 26 students graduated from the discipline of Management. Other dignitaries present at the event were – Mr. Albert D’Souza, the Chairman of AET, Mrs. Elvina D’Souza, Secretary of AET, Mrs. Elaine D’Souza Buthello, Treasurer of AET, Dr. (Mrs.) Savita Tauro, Deputy Director of St. John Campus and Principal of St. John College of Pharmacy and Research, Dr. G.V. Mulgund, Principal of St. John College of Engineering and Management and Dr. Ajit Kumar, Principal of St. John College of Humanities And Sciences, and Mr. Vidyadhar Patil, Dean, Master of Management Studies (MMS) Post Graduate Department. Four students representing their respective Institutions shared their experiences of being a part of the St. John Technical and Educational Campus. Dr. G.V. Mulgund concluded the event by giving vote of thanks to all who helped to make the event a memorable one. From the MMS Dept., Ms. Sneha Vasani spoke about her experiences during her studies at the Campus.

Science Fest 2019

Science Fest 2019 The Science Fest 2018-19 was organized in Aldel Education Trust’s St John’s Technical and Educational Campus on 25th January 2019 and 26th January 2019. Department of Commerce and Department of Management (BMS) displayed four projects: Unified Payments Interface Payment Banks Evolution of Medium of exchange E- Wallets Department of B.Sc(IT) presented projects:1. Gas Automation System: T.Y. B.Sc (IT)2. Automatic Voice Controlled Car: F.Y. B.Sc(IT) Department of B.Sc(HS) Hospitality department had put up various Food and Beverage Stalls. The Magical Rose Garden

The Magical Rose Garden The College Rose garden was inaugurated on 25th January 2019 at the SJCHS ground by Mr. Albert W. D’Souza, Chairman, Aldel Education Trust in the presence of Mrs Elvina D’Souza, Principal Dr B. S. Ajit Kumar and other invited guests. It was christened as ‘Magical Rose Garden’ brain child of our college principal Dr B. S. Ajitkumar, who holds a great interest in horticulture and fondness for flowers. The major objective behind the rose garden was to sensitize student towards nature and taking responsibility of their own sapling. The students enthusiastically brought their rose sapling and planted.

Annual Day 2019

Annual Day 2019 St. John Technical and Educational Campus celebrated its Eleventh Annual Fest on 12th January 2019 with great enthusiasm and zeal. Entire Campus participated wholeheartedly towards the success of this grand event. The Annual Day 2019 programme was woven around the theme ‘An Odyssey of Life’ meaning the Journey of Life, which depicted the seven stages of life from childhood to old age. The theme was presented meticulously by the superb instincts and brilliant acts of the talented students of St. John Technical and Educational Campus with breathtaking performances and entertaining the audience with hilarious laughter and joy to their hearts content. Rev. Fr. Cleophas Fernandes, Parish Priest, St. Pius X Church, Mulund presided over the function and Mr. Sambhaji Adkune Deputy Collector, Palghar District was the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries who graced the occasion were the Trustees of Aldel Education Trust, Mr. Albert W. D’souza, Chairman, Mrs. Elvina D’souza, Secretary, Mrs. Elaine D’souza Buthello, Treasurer, Mr. Reuben Buthello, Member along with Dr. Savita Tauro, Deputy Campus Director, St. John Technical and Educational Campus and Principal, St. John Institute of Pharmacy and Research, Dr. G. V. Mulgund, Principal, St. John College of Engineering and Management, Dr. B.S. Ajitkumar, Principal, St. John College of Humanities and Sciences, Mr. Vidyadhar Patil, HR Manager and Dean of Management Studies, Mr. Umesh Kantute, Principal, St John Polytechnic, and Mr. Vikram Sinh Joshi, Principal, St. John Junior College. Chairman, Mr. Albert W. D’souza extended a warm welcome to all the dignitaries present. He acknowledged the efforts of the students and thanked the esteemed guest for their precious time from the busy schedule to attend the annual function. President of the function, Rev. Fr. Cleophas Fernandes, Parish Priest, St. Pius X Church, Mulund was overwhelmed with the students performances, scenic beauty of the campus and addressed the gathering by highlighting the importance of ethics and values in Professional Careers. He appreciated the Discipline on Campus. Deputy Collector, General Administration Department, Palghar District, Mr. Sambhaji Adkune graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He addressed the gathering by highlighting the tremendous potential of the Local Palghar Students and was all praise for the show. He congratulated St. John Technical and Educational Campus for taking such an edifying topic An ODYSSEY OF LIFE. He too was impressed with the students performances at the Cultural as well as Academic front. The Annual Prize Distribution function was a moment of pride and honour for all the winners and achievers of the institute. Chairman, Mr. Albert W. D’souza congratulated all the Institutions for the excellent Academic Performance in the Academic Year 2017-18 at the Institute as well as University level Examinations. Students of the Campus were felicitated for their extra-ordinary Academic performances at the University level and for bringing additional feathers to the Success of the St. John Technical and Educational Campus. At the same time the Annual Magazines of the respective Institutes Spectrum, Coalesce, Scintilla and Prism were released at the hands of the Chief Guest and President of the function. The event closed with a grand DJ celebration. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervor.
