Session on Campus Policies and Faculty Responsibilities Conducted

The Capacity Building Committee of the College organized a Session on Campus Policies and Faculty Responsibilities on 12 June 2026 at the SJCHS Event Hall for all faculty members.. The session was coordinated by Mr. Ameer Shaikh, Activity In-charge, and conducted by Mr. Sudhir Babu, HR Manager, St. John Technical and Education Campus.

During the session, Mr. Sudhir Babu provided a comprehensive overview of campus policies, leave procedures, academic responsibilities, salary structure, employee benefits, and the institutional code of conduct. The session aimed to enhance faculty members’ understanding of workplace policies and their professional responsibilities within the institution.

The interactive discussion enabled participants to seek clarification on leave policies and other institutional procedures, helping to resolve queries and strengthen awareness regarding professional expectations, discipline, responsibility, and the promotion of a positive work culture.
