RATIONAL iCombi Live Oven Demonstration Enhances Hospitality Skills

The Department of Hospitality Studies of St. John College of Humanities and Sciences organized a live RATIONAL iCombi Oven Demonstration on 27 May 2026 at the SJCHS Building for Hospitality Studies students and hospitality entrepreneurs. The session showcased the advanced features of the RATIONAL iCombi Oven through live preparation of a variety of dishes using roasting, baking, steaming, grilling, and combination cooking modes.

The expert chef from RATIONAL demonstrated intelligent cooking programs, automatic climate control, energy-efficient operations, and modern cooking techniques while sharing practical insights on recipe programming, food quality, and kitchen productivity. The program concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session and a product tasting, which were highly appreciated by the participants. The demonstration provided valuable exposure to the latest commercial kitchen technology, strengthening the link between academic learning and current hospitality industry practices.
