The Department of B.sc IT and B.sc CS organized a seminar on “Block Chain Technology” for all the students of B.sc I.T and B.sc CS on Monday, 4 September 2023 in the Event Hall. Mr. Vivian Lobo provided valuable insights and knowledge about Block chain Technology. A Total of 190 Students participated in the seminar. Mr. Vivian Lobo shared knowledge about technologies that can be used by students to learn the importance of block chain. He also shared his experiences with working with each one of them. Menstrual Hygiene Awareness for Rural Women
The Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE) and Women Development Cell of St. John College in collaboration with Procter & Gamble organized a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness drive for rural women at Shirgaon on On 25 August 2023. The drive was conducted by DLLE coordinator Ms. Vaishnavi Sankhe, Extension work teacher Ms. Prarthana Meher, and others with assistance from Ms. Sushma Waingankar and her team. The event saw participation from 12 rural women and 76 student volunteers from St. John College.

“Web Designing Contest” for students of SJCHS on Friday, 25 August 2023 by IT/CS Departments. The main purpose of this competition was to examine web designing skills of the students. The competition commenced in IT Lab 2 from 9:40 am to 11:30 am. A Total of 23 students participated in the event .Here the students got a platform to showcase their designing skills
