A hands-on training session on “Financial Market (Instruments)” was conducted on 16th August, 2024, for the qualifying students of the Financial Quiz Competition from the BAF (Bachelor of Accounting and Finance) and BFM (Bachelor of Financial Markets) programs. The session aimed to provide students with practical insights into various financial market instruments and their application.
Dr. Abhay Kumar, an expert in finance and technology management, was the resource person for the session. He shared his extensive knowledge on financial instruments, focusing on their role in modern markets, the intricacies of trading, and the tools available to investors and traders. His in-depth explanations helped students understand key financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and commodities.
The session was interactive and allowed students to gain practical knowledge on how financial markets function, how different instruments are traded, and how technology is integrated into the financial ecosystem.
