Session on Exam Strategies and Stress Management Held
Alumni Interaction Session on Exam Strategies and Stress Management organised by the Department of Bachelor of Commerce, St. John College of Humanities and Sciences (Autonomous), successfully for B.Com students on 20th March 2026 in the Event Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The objective of the session was to guide students on effective study strategies and help them manage examination stress through interaction with alumni who could share their real-life academic experiences.
The resource person for the session was Ms. Rose Chaudhary, a CA Aspirant and distinguished alumna of the B.Com batch (2021–2024). The program commenced with a formal introduction of the alumna, highlighting her academic journey and achievements, followed by her felicitation as a token of appreciation for her contribution to student development. She then conducted an insightful session on the topic “Managing Exam Pressure and Smart Strategies to Score Maximum Marks in Examinations,” where she shared practical techniques related to time management, effective study methods, revision strategies, and ways to stay calm and focused during exams. She also motivated students by sharing her personal experiences and challenges faced during her academic journey.
The session was interactive and engaging, with students actively participating and seeking guidance on various academic concerns. Overall, the Alumni Lecture Series proved to be highly beneficial, helping students develop better study habits, build confidence, and adopt effective strategies to improve their academic performance. The department expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms. Rose Chaudhary for her valuable time and guidance.
