Menstrual Hygiene Awareness for Rural Women held on 25 August 2023

On 25 August 2023, the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE) and Women Development Cell of St. John College in collaboration with Procter & Gamble organized a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness drive for rural women at Shirgaon. 

The drive was conducted by DLLE coordinator Ms. Vaishnavi Sankhe, Extension work teacher Ms. Prarthana Meher, and others with assistance from Ms. Sushma Waingankar and her team. The event saw participation from 12 rural women and 76 student volunteers from St. John College.
