Session Highlights:

Mr. Zaid Memon, an esteemed alumnus of SJCHS and currently working with Zomato as an Associate–Key Account Manager, delivered an insightful guest lecture on the topic “The Art of Assertive Communication.” The session aimed to enhance students’ communication and interpersonal skills—crucial for both professional and personal success.

During the 1 hour 30-minute interactive session, Mr. Memon: Shared real-world examples of assertive communication in the corporate environment. Highlighted the importance of communication skills in sales, marketing, and client relationships. Gave students exposure to industry trends, especially in the food-tech and service sectors. Addressed real-time challenges faced by account managers and their strategic solutions. Emphasized the value of active listening, clarity, and confidence in professional settings.

The session was concluded with a Q&A segment, where students enthusiastically asked questions related to career choices, internships, and professional behaviour. Mr. Memon appreciated the engagement and further encouraged participation by distributing Zomato Prime Membership Gift Cards to selected students who asked thoughtful questions.
