Venue: Enjay IT Solutions Industrial Visit, Bhilad

The Department of B.Sc. Information Technology and Computer Science along with the Training and Placement Cell organized an industrial visit for the students of T.Y. B.Sc. IT and CS to Enjay IT Solutions, Bhilad. The visit was planned with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to the working environment of the IT industry and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practices.

The students travelled to Bhilad by train and were accompanied by faculty members Ms. Payal Save, Ms. Shaina Siddiqui, and Training and Placement Officer Ms. Twinkle Doshi.

During the visit, students gained valuable insights into the technologies used in the IT industry, corporate work culture, and various job roles and profiles available in the current job market. The organization also explained the skills required for different positions, career opportunities, and the expectations of the industry from fresh graduates.

The students had interactive sessions with team leaders and project managers, which helped them understand team coordination, project workflows, and professional job culture within an IT organization. These interactions enabled students to develop a clearer perspective on real-world industry practices and workplace ethics.

Overall, the industrial visit proved to be a highly informative and enriching experience, enhancing the students’ understanding of the IT industry and motivating them to prepare themselves for future professional careers.
