A seminar on “Investing made simple: A Journey into mutual funds and the power of compounding” was organized on 8 August 2023 for the Second & Third Year students of BAF by the Accounting and Finance Departments. In the seminar Mr. Maqsood Memon emphasized on the complexities of investing and empower participants with knowledge on utilising mutual funds and harnessing the potential of compounding for financial growth.

Pillars of Taxation seminar was organized on 3 August 2023 to celebrate Income Tax Day. The first session was conducted by CA Darshan Oza who covered topics such as Direct and Indirect taxes, Scope of income and Five sources of income.

The Department of Bachelor of Commerce (B.com.) in collaboration with Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducted a Career Counseling session on 25 July 2023 in the college Event Hall . CA. Bharat Dhonde, had a special appearance who guided the students on the importance of CA as a career option. The main objective for conducting the Seminar was to promote Commerce education as well as Chartered Accountancy in India. And to resolve all the concerns/queries/misconceptions that students had in their minds regarding the CA Course.

Saptarang 2023 was organised for the students of SJCHS on 19 and 20 January 2023. It was a week-long event starting with Group day, Layering and Accessories day, Twinning day and later followed by two day Saptarang events.The event started with a sensational Flash Mob performance followed by Singing Competition and tattoo making and face painting at the same time.
