Objective of the Event:

Participants: Students from First Year (FY), Second Year (SY), and Third Year (TY) of the B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies program.

Conduct of the Event: The Cake Mixing Ceremony was conducted on 12th September 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, at the Food and Beverages Restaurant adjacent to the SJCHS Building. The event was organized by the Department of Hospitality Studies and was attended by students from First Year (FY), Second Year (SY), and Third Year (TY) of the B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies program.The event commenced with a brief welcome address by faculty members, highlighting the significance and history of the cake mixing tradition in the hospitality industry. Students were then guided through the steps of the ceremony, with detailed explanations of the ingredients and their roles in Christmas cake preparation.
