The Department of B.Sc. (Hospitality Studies) of St. John College of Humanities and Sciences, Palghar had organised a guest lecture on Rooms Division Management “Eye for detail in Housekeeping” in the current hospitality industry. Students of First Year, Second Year and Third Year of Hospitality Studies attended the webinar.Eye for detail House-keeper world wide known for their eye for detail.This term means that a person has a sharp eye to detect things that are not quite right.

The webinar commenced with the introduction of Ms. Shital Dhole, Deputy Housekeeper from Taj Group of Hotels by Mr. Vishnuvardhan Molige (TYHS).
The motive behind conducting this webinar was to introduce the basic departmental work of the housekeeping department in the current pandemic scenario. The webinar started with a keynote on eye for detail in housekeeping, working environment, staffing. Ms. Dhole introduced the working style and chemicals used in hotels during the pandemic, etc. A thank you speech was given by Mr. Gurjeet Singh Sokhi (TYHS) at the end of the session.
