Objectives:
1. To empower students with basic self-defence skills.
2. To create awareness about personal safety and self-protection.
3. To enhance confidence and presence of mind.
4. To promote physical fitness and mental preparedness.
5. To encourage proactive response to unsafe situations.

Methodology:
1. Assembling of students at the designated venue.
2. Orientation on personal safety.
3. Demonstration of self-defence techniques.
4. Hands-on practice session.
5. Interaction and doubt clearing.
6. Concluding safety tips.

Outcomes:
1. Improved awareness of self-defence.
2. Increased confidence among participants.
3. Better physical coordination and alertness.
4. Enhanced self-reliance and empowerment.
