Report on Soft Skills Add-on Course Conducted by CSSPD Team of St. John Technical Campus for BSc IT and CS Students

Objective of the Course:

The Soft Skills Development Program aimed to enhance the interpersonal, communication, and professional skills of BSc IT and Computer Science students. The course was designed to equip students with essential skills required to excel in both their academic and professional careers.

Target Audience:

The program was designed for BSc IT and Computer Science students to prepare them for the competitive job market by strengthening their soft skills alongside their technical expertise.

Outcome of the Program:

The program aimed to provide students with an understanding of various key soft skills such as effective communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving. By the end of the course, students were expected to:
